The three bedrooms on the lower level offer master bedroom with queen bed and en-suite, second bedroom with queen bed and third bedroom is perfect for the kids to bunk out with a set of bunks and a single bed plus a trundle and single bed underneath the beds! Both the bedrooms are central to the second bathroom and toilet. All beds are supplied with doonas, pillows and mattress protectors.

The landlord has all elements of the weather covered here with bikes for exploring, DVD's and board games for the wet days along with a Nintendo Wii.

There is ample space for parking with a carport along the side of the home, so don't forget to bring the boat! Boat ramp just down the road and easy access to the Marina along the foreshore path way.

Lake Victoria opposite the home is perfect for swimming, fishing, boating, kayaking and paddle boarding. You can also access Paynesville, Metung and Lakes Entrance by boat for a days outing on the water! The Surf Beach is also a short drive or push bike ride and is perfect for surf fishing, swimming or even spending time combing the dunes! The National Park is ideal for bush walking, bird watching or even a days outing with a BBQ along the way!
