Pelican Bay Beach House is set at the quiet end of Loch Sport next to the Lakes National Park and is only 200m from Pelican Bay beach and boat ramp. With sweeping, uninterrupted views across Lake Victoria it is the perfect home to unwind and relax.

Pelican Bay Beach House is a double storey home with ample off-street parking for several cars and boats that is able to comfortably sleep up to 12 people. It is a very versatile space and can accomodate anywhere from a couple through to a large extended family or multiple families. There are three queen bedrooms, one twin bedroom, and a large bunk room with two sets of bunks. There are also three bathrooms and toilets so there is little chance of any arguments over facilities when there's a full house!

For the little one, there is a port-a-cot and high chair available for your convenience.

Pelican Bay Beach House has a well-appointed kitchen and dining area that opens out onto a covered breakfast bar with magnificent views across Lake Victoria. There is a freestanding 900mm Smeg 6 gas hob with electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle and a large refrigerator. There's also plenty of crockery and cutlery for everyone, and an extendable dining table that will accommodate 12 guests.

The spacious upstairs living area has ample seating and opens out onto the large semi-covered deck area which also takes in the spectacular unobstructed views across the Lake and National Park. The living area has a HD TV, connected to fetch tv and the internet with also a DVD player. A selection of popular games, books and DVD’s are available to make your stay enjoyable. Pelican Bay Beach House has turbo charged NBN wifi internet which will make using multiple devices and movie watching a breeze!

The deck is furnished with a large outdoor dining table, wicker sofa and chairs and a sunbed. It is a very private and secluded area with retractable awnings, giving you the best of both the sun and shade.
Downstairs has a recreational area for both children and adults alike. The area is ideal for the children to retreat to, or the family to have a movie night. It consists of a pool table and a movie room, which is furnished with a comfortable leather sofa and beanbags. In the movie room is a large HD TV with a surround sound system, and is also connected to fetch tv, the Internet and DVD.

Downstairs has a BBQ, table tennis table and a dartboard. Other facilities available include golf clubs, tennis rackets, 2 x adult bikes with helmets, kids kayak, paddle ski and foam surfboard.

The laundry has a top loader washing machine, tumble dryer and laundry sink and there is an area outside where clothes can be hung to dry in the sun.

The boring bits... Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house, near where smoke can enter house or on outside furniture. All equipment is used at guests own risk and a waiver will need to be signed before your stay.
