The four bedrooms down the hallway can be closed off from the main living space, allowing the adults to enjoy the living and outdoor area late into the night without worrying about waking the kids! Bedroom 3 & 4 have two single beds in each, bedroom 2 with a queen bed and the main bedroom offering a king bed and a separate bathroom to the rest of the house! All beds are supplied with doonas, pillows and mattress protectors.
The yard is fully fenced with plenty of parking making it easy for you to sit and relax while the kids run around in the safety of the yard!
The greatest aspect of the home is location! Tucked away down a side street next to the Marina you have all the facilities of town within walking distance including The Marina Hotel, Supermarket and Lake Victoria which is perfect for boating, swimming and fishing almost at your door step! The Ninety Mile Beach is also a short drive from the property as well!
